Our Story

1989

Mr. Dodd started an environmental company in Evansville, Indiana. Specializing in underground storage tank services and emergency response, he and his team were quickly able to use their knowledge and work ethic to gain the trust of customers such as Coca-Cola and CSX.

Mr. Dodd’s vision of a hybrid contracting company came to fruition when his environmental company merged with a civil construction company. This merger provided resources and expertise necessary to fuel the growth of a large-scale remediation division, attracting additional customers such as Inland Paperboard & Packaging and Marathon Petroleum.
